I've never used the drive-thru, so my experience is based on in-store service only. I've been here about 10 times. Generally, I walk up to the counter, where there is no line, and wait 3-4 minutes before being noticed or greeted.
If you frequent DD, make sure you download their app. There are always money saving coupons, as well as freebies once in a while. Right now, every time the Hawks dunk in a game, a coupon appears for a free medium hot or iced coffee, redeemable for that day only, can't beat it!
This review is 3 stars for a few reasons: first and foremost is the service. It takes a while to be greeted and when you are, the employee taking your order is far from happy to be doing so. Second, is the food. I ordered a donut and a toasted bagel with cream cheese at 4:00 pm, and the donut was hard and far from fresh, and same with the bagel. I know these items are freshly baked in the morning, but these tasted like they were 2 days old. Ick! -

Don't expect decent customer service. I've been here several times hoping that it was an off day or something. I was wrong. Dismissive, rude, and racist.

I usually stop here on the way to work to get my coffee. It's connected to a BP Gas station and right next to the highway so it's pretty convenient to get to. The service here is mediocre; everyone here including the manager on duty moves at their own pace and have no regard for consumer time which is rather annoying. They don't seem to care particularly much about keeping their area at the back of the station clean either. Good thing this t a full fledged store other wise I'd Probably never come here. I still patronize this place solely because It's close and I need my caramel coffee fix. But if you can avoid this place , do it.

The drinks and food are always top-notch quality and the people are always super nice. Service is very fast, both inside and drive-thru. Very conveniently located on the way to get onto 75-85. The dunkin is very high quality and shares the space with a BP, making getting snacks and gas an incredible convenience. I stop on the way to work almost everyday.

Negative rating, 1/2 star. Ive been to this location 4 times in the last month, usually after 10pm since it's open 24 hours a day-or so I thought. Every single time that they've actually been open the young lady in there is rude, looks bothered and is extremely dismissive. I asked for a Box of Joe and her immediate response was "We usually only sell those in the morning", coupled with a roll of the eyes and obvious annoyance at my request. Then it seemed that every donut I requested for my dozen was causing her anguish, maybe I shouldn't have interrupted her loud music concert she was having on her phone the whole time I was at the counter. This was an occurrence 3 times I went there to PURCHASE, not ask for handouts, yet it seemed she was doing me a favor. This last time, tonight, I walk into this 24 hours location only to be greeted by another young lady who instantly and rudely exclaims "We're closed for the night!". I politely asked "Aren't you open 24 hours?". Her response, "not tonight, we'll be open again at 5". Mind you, her tone was aggressive and disrespectful, and she was literally off to the side on her phone doing nothing. While the donuts and drinks are fine, this will be my last time spending my hard earned money at ANY Dunkin' Donuts. I would urge any management who reads this review to act
Accordingly, and anyone thinking about going here to think again.
